About
Built from inside the function we sell to.
RG Novatech was founded on a straightforward observation: most enterprise HR and revenue software is designed by people who have never had to run the process it automates. We started from the other end.
There is a thread running through everything we build: two parties who need each other, and something sitting in the gap. A departing employee who knows exactly why they're leaving and an organisation that never hears it. A candidate drifting toward a counter-offer while the recruiter reads silence as consent. A company whose answer to a buyer's question is already written down somewhere nobody can find. A property owner and a renter, one street apart, paying a broker a month's rent to introduce them.
Four of those gaps sit inside enterprise workflows, and one — FindmyHome — sits in the Indian rental market. We treat them as the same kind of problem, because they are. Different buyer, same engineering: get to the information that already exists, make it trustworthy, and put it in front of the person who has to decide.
So the company does two things. It builds and operates that portfolio, and it engineers the same class of system for organisations that would rather buy the capability than assemble it. Those halves are connected on purpose. Running five commercial products means we carry the support load, the security reviews, the renewal conversations and the 2 a.m. incidents — and a consumer marketplace in six metros imposes a scale and cost discipline that enterprise workloads never do. That experience is what we bring to client engagements; the engagements are what keep the products honest about what buyers will actually change.
We are headquartered in Chennai, India, and deliver globally.
Leadership
Who's behind it
Prasaanth Subbiah
Founder
Prasaanth has spent more than fifteen years at the intersection of people strategy and financial outcomes — building HR functions from scratch, running multi-location HR operations, partnering with finance on the numbers behind headcount, and co-founding an HR-tech startup before this one.
That background is the reason RG Novatech's product line reads the way it does. ExitIntelli, JoinIntelli and Sydael each address something he watched go wrong repeatedly from the inside of the HR function; ZappRFP addresses the equivalent problem on the revenue side; and FindmyHome takes the same intermediary-removal thesis into a consumer market.

Operating principles
How we make decisions
Ship it, then talk about it
Every product on this site is live on its own domain, in the hands of real users. We would rather show a working system than describe a roadmap.
If it can't be traced, it doesn't ship
AI output that can't be grounded in a source the customer can inspect has no place in an enterprise workflow. Citations and review steps are not optional extras.
Confidentiality is architecture, not policy
Promising not to look at data is weaker than being unable to. Where confidentiality matters, we enforce it in the schema — as ExitIntelli does.
Say no to the wrong build
Sometimes the honest answer is that a product already exists, or that the problem isn't worth solving in software. We would rather lose the engagement than deliver one.
Narrow beats broad
Each product does one expensive thing properly. Platforms that claim to do everything tend to be adopted for nothing.
Small senior teams
We staff engagements with people who have shipped and operated products, not with layers. Fewer people, closer to the problem.
Work with us, or use what we've built.
Either conversation starts the same way — tell us what problem you're looking at.
